Moving Through Georgia

In 1829 gold would be discovered in North Georgia- in 1830 the state of Georgia would try to assert it's right to relocate the Cherokee through a muder trial in Gainesville.  This is the story of George Tassel.

This is a story I told in 2023, but I rewrote and rerecorded it.

I was going through my old notes and uncovered some stories from Gerogia about cunjure- kinda hoodoo, kinda folk magic.  I also posted this to my new podcast- Forgotten American Folklore.
