Alto- A sanitarium and a prison

Thanks to Stan Crump for suggesting an episode on the history of the Alto Tuberculosis Sanitarium, which later became Arrendale State Prison.  We discuss the fight against tuberculosis, syphilis, and crime.  We also go into a little detail on three women who faced the death penalty in Georgia.
